Community Behavioral Health (CBH)
Thank you for participating in this event! The Philadelphia Autism Project, with support from the Children with Special Health Care Needs Mini Grant, and in collaboration with the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbilities Services (DHBIDS) through the System of Care Grant, hosted the System Navigation Summit: From Cradle to Young Adulthood. What do families need?
The System Navigation Summit was an opportunity for families, providers, policymakers, and other stakeholders to gather information and promote discussion to:
- Learn about existing system navigation and family support models and how families and providers can use these models
- Connect with leaders developing system navigation and support models throughout the state and country
- Share your experience navigating the service system as a professional and/or family member
- Learn about and plan for a new family organization in Philadelphia
